Scope:

Development and maintenance of Program Specific Technical Specifications (PSTSs) for Point to Point (P2P) and Combined Red Light & Speed (CRLSC) sites for the Camera Detected Offence Program (CDOP). This involved reviewing MRTS frameworks, incorporating prior requirements documentation along with current requirements, and creating standard layouts for various site configurations with ongoing updates as new requirements emerged.

Key Activities:

• Specification Development: Created Program Specific Technical Specifications (PSTSs) tailored to CDOP requirements.
• Framework Review: Reviewed MRTS frameworks to adopt key structures and requirements applicable to the program; incorporated documentation from prior requirements.
• Standardisation: Developed standard layouts for different site configurations to ensure consistency across deployments, and to provide advice on baseline infrastructure requirements for other TMR projects.
• Maintenance: Conducted ongoing updates to documentation as new requirements were identified during program delivery.

Outcome:

A comprehensive set of technical requirements and standard layouts that aligned CDOP requirements with MRTS frameworks, providing a consistent and up-to-date reference for design and construction activities statewide.
