Scope:

Provision of ongoing Project Engineering services for various projects for Icon Water. The engagement covers comprehensive project management, cost control, technical reporting, business case development, and third-party coordination.

Key Activities:

• Project Management: Management of end-of-month reporting, accruals, and cost control updates; maintenance of project schedules and dashboards; task assignment, management of team planners supported by weekly meetings; and monitoring consultant deliverables.
• Technical Advisory & Reporting: Production of high-quality technical reports, business cases, memorandums, and Options Papers to support project approvals and provision of technical guidance to the Icon Water project team.
• Third-Party Coordination: Review and direction of third-party agency deliverables; development of questionnaires and Request for Information (RFI) documentation with the Procurement Team; and support for the Legal Team in developing service agreements for external providers.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaison with internal stakeholders, program sponsors, and external vendors; project meeting and workshop attendance; and facilitation of information gathering in response to third-party requests.

Outcome:

Continued delivery of robust project engineering for Icon Water’s metering programs, ensuring accurate financial tracking, compliant technical documentation, and effective management of external service provider relationships.
